Bono NPP Regional Executives tours registration centres across the Region

Mr Edward Gyamfi, Wenchi Electoral Commissioner has urged Ghanaians especially those who qualified to register under the on-going limited voter registration exercise to take it seriously.

According to him the exercise is an opportunity for them to exercise their franchise during the district election and also to avoid the long queue during the general registration exercise.

Mr Edward Gyamfi said this when the Bono Regional Party executives led by Kwame Baffoe popularly known as Abronye D.C and the Regional Secretary Kofi Boateng visited a number of registration centres across the region to monitor the on-going limited voter registration exercise, and also to encourage as many qualified people as possible to register.

The areas visited includes Wenchi, Tain, Banda, Jaman North and South, Berekum, Dormaa among others.

Mr Edward Gyamfi said parents should ensure that their wards have attained the legal age before they engage themselves in the registration exercise to avoid prosecution.
