Ex- Leicester and Crystal Palace defender Jeffery Schlupp put pen to paper for Norwich city fc.

Norwich City have secured free agent Jeffrey Schlupp on a one-year contract.
The 32-year-old utility player was released by Crystal Palace in May after spending eight years with the south London club.
During the 2024-25 season, Schlupp had a loan stint at Celtic, making 13 league appearances for the Scottish champions.
The Ghana international was also part of the Leicester City squad that clinched the Premier League title in 2016.
“I’m really excited; it’s a fresh challenge with plenty to look forward to, returning to the Championship at a big club,” Schlupp told the club’s official website.
“I’ve spoken with head coach Liam Manning about this year’s plans, and I’m eager to contribute.”
Schlupp becomes Norwich’s eighth signing of the summer and will offer cover on the left side of defense, while also being capable of playing in midfield.
Norwich’s sporting director, Ben Knapper, commented: “Jeffrey brings immense experience from competing at the highest levels both domestically and internationally over many years.
“His quality, versatility, and character will be invaluable to us, and he will serve as an excellent role model, especially for our younger players this season.”
