The chair of Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Municipality, Local Council of Churches, Apostle Joseph Atta Brown has asked colleague men of God to be on alert and deploy more security men for the safety of the congregation during church service.
In an up-close interview with Oman Fm, the general superintendent for Narrow Gate Life Chapel maintained that leaders of various churches and mosques must not feel complacent since the terrorist attack is undeniable.
He exhorted them to as soon as possible notify the police of any suspected persons in their sanctuaries.
“I will plead with my colleague men of God to be on their guard too, as soon as possible, deploy security men to give accurate security to the congregation. They should be cautious to detect any strange tendency to ensure they notify the police for urgent action,” he affirmed.
He added, ’’ We have to be united in order to these criminals, we let be ourselves keepers to avoid any unfortunate incident’’.
Apostle Joseph Atta Brown called on Ghanaians to avoid attacking the President for constructing the National Cathedral, believing it’s the passion of God.
“There is a time for every business. I think the President knows what he is doing. I will argue with those castigating the President for constructing the National cathedral to relinquish that. They should not talk against it if they can’t support it,” he echoed.
He prayed to and sundry to join hands and bolster the President, H. E Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo, to help build a better Ghana.
“Everyone has his or her beliefs, I think the only thing we have to do is to come together as one society and build a better Ghana, devoid of political affiliation and others “, he said.
