VEEP IN BONO EAST: NPP’S RECORD CAN NOT BE MATCHED BY JOHN MAHAMA & THE NDC – DR BAWUMIA

The Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has said the abysmal performance of John Mahama, the presidential candidate of the NDC, cannot match the glowing achievements of the Akufo-Addo-led government in all spheres of governance, and has therefore beseeched the electorate in the Bono East region to give the nod for the presidency in the December elections.
The NPP flag bearer who is in the region as part of his constituency-focused nationwide ‘Possibility’ tour, made this clarion call at separate events at Nkoranza North, Nkoranza South, Kintampo North and Kitampo South.
Defying the rains at Dromankese, in the Nkoranza North constituency, the chief of Dromankese, espoused the achievements of the NPP govt in the area and called for further developments to boost the living standards of the people.

In his response, Dr. Bawumia assured the Chiefs that they would see more developments in the next NPP administration when voted into power.
He said despite the impressive record of the NPP, more will be done when he gets the nod.

The vice president also engaged the electorate in community engagements with chiefs and stakeholders in Kintampo.
Here are excerpts of Dr. Bawumia’s tour of Nkoranza and Kintampo in the Bono East region.
