BAWUMIA IN VOLTA DAY 5: KETA CHIEFS EMBRACE DR. BAWUMIA’S VISION FOR GHANA AS HEALTH WORKERS ‘FALL’ FOR NPP FLAG BEARER: ‘IT IS POSSIBLE’ FEVER HITS SOGAKOPE AS DR. BAWUMIA WOOS VOLTA REGION

Traditional rulers in Keta, in the Volta Region, have expressed confidence in policies that Vice President and Presidential Candidate of the NPP, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has espoused, which he hopes to implement as President.
Dr. Bawumia, since he was elected Flagbearer of the NPP last year, has been touring the country and explaining his policies, dubbed “bold solutions,” and his latest stop is the Volta Region, where he visited Keta, Anlo and South Tongu Constituencies on Thursday.
Welcoming Dr. Bawumia to the Keta Constituency, at a stakeholders’ interaction, the Chiefs of Keta, who were part of the stakeholders’ engagement, commended Dr. Bawumia for his impact as Vice President, and also his vision for the country, which the Chiefs expressed confidence in.

The Dufia of Kedzi, who spoke on behalf of the chiefs added that as Vice President, Dr. Bawumia has initiated so many things that have ”touched the lives of everybody.”
The Chiefs also commended Dr. Bawumia for upholding the high moral values of “integrity, honesty, and hard work” and prayed for his success as he sought to lead the country as President.

Still, in the Keta constituency, nurses, trainee nurses and other health workers gave the NPP flag bearer a rousing welcome as he arrived to interact with them at a community connect event with the youth.

The campaign train of the NPP flagbearer made a stop in the Anlo constituency where Dr. Bawumia reiterated his ‘Bold Solutions for Ghana’.

The final location for Dr. Bawumia on the campaign trail on Thursday in the Volta Region was South Tongu, where Apostle Irenous Mensah Dzormeku, Founder of Royal Sanctuary Mission, spoke on behalf of the clergy, eulogised the vice president for his inclusivity, affable character, loyalty and fortitude.

The NPP flag bearer wrapped up his day in Sogakope with a community connect rally, where he applauded the constituents for their overwhelming support.
