Empowering Generations Through Technology: Dr. Prince Kofi Kludjeson on Ghana’s Digital Evolution

Dr. Kludjeson also highlighted the collaborative efforts that led to the empowerment of African nations through technology, citing partnerships with global leaders and institutions.

A passionate advocate for youth empowerment, Dr. Kludjeson underscored the transformative potential of technology for young Ghanaians. However, he expressed concerns about the political and systemic challenges hindering further progress. “The knowledge-based economy has no competition,” he said, pointing out how global tech giants like Microsoft and Facebook have leveraged their investments in youth and innovation to build thriving ecosystems.

He urged the government to embrace and expand digitalization policies while ensuring that resources and opportunities reach the youth. “Technology is essential for development,” Dr. Kludjeson stated.
