The minister of Communication and member of Parliament for Ablekuma west,Ursula Owusu -Ekuful as part of activities to mark the Easter festivities in her constituency has shared bags of rice, and cooking oil among other items, to some vulnerable residents in the Ablekuma West Municipality.
The minister first point of call was Tunga, a predominantly Muslim community in the municipality; the minister expressed her disappointment to see how children and elderly were flouting the lockdown directives especially concerning social distancing.

Madam Ursula Owusu and her team later used the occasion to inspect a 10 kilometre road under construction from SSNIT down to the Sakaman-Mallam road.
The minister also shared over thousand bags of rice to the elderly people in the community and advised the residents to take the pandemic seriously since the constituency has recorded seven people confirmed with the covid-19.
