The New Patriotic Party in the Asuogyaman constituency in the Eastern region have assured that, the party will give the NDC a resounding defeat in the 2020 general election, counting on good policies and record under President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the numerous development projects scattered throughout the constituency.
According to them, the party is poised to win massively and increase the margin in both the Parliamentary and Presidential polls through hard work, dedication, pragmatic policies and social interventions, to put to rest, the bragging rights of the NDC.

In all 33 campaign team members and 9 sub-committee members were inaugurated to sound out the good work and achievements of President and the NPP to the constituents.
Dubbed Operation Win Asuogyaman Seat In 2020, the inauguration also form part of engagement with the NPP regional executives and constituency party executives across the constituency to interact and deliberate on party.
The Asuogyaman campaign team was inaugurated by the eastern regional organizer of the NPP, Kwame Appiah Kodua on behalf of the Eastern Regional Chairman.
Kwame Appiah Kodua, speaking to the committee members after the swearing in, said the campaign goes beyond bed to bed or boot for boot campaign, as such members need to bring all hands on deck.
He advised the NPP fraternity in the constituency to remain focused and united to win the seat for the NPP.
The Deputy Minister of Information, Pius Enam Hadzidze who is part of the committee charged the team for the task ahead saying the Asuogyaman constituency seat as a must win for the NPP.
He reiterated about the fact that Ghanaians must not entrust the country to vote the NDC and John into power again because they are not consistent.
The District Chief Executive of Asuogyaman District Assembly, who is also a member of the committee, Samuel Kwame Agyekum, for his part enumerated several government projects and good policies that have been executed in the district which the people are currently benefiting from.
He urged all the team members of the party to put aside their differences, remains focus and work hard in unity for victory coming December 7th general election.
The chairman of the campaign committee, who is also parliamentary candidate of the NPP for Asuogyaman Constituency, PAUL Asare Ansah, entreated all the team members to go out in numbers to their electoral areas and proclaim the good work the NPP government under President Nana Akufo-Addo, to retain the party in power.
He emphasized that members should have no excuses for the 2020 elections, which they must win at all costs.
He entreated the NDC in Asuogyaman to stop their diabolical plan to rig the election, stressing that the NPP are going to match them in clean contest.
The launch was attended by regional executives, constituency executives, council of patrons, council of elders, pulling station executives, electoral area coordinators, Loyal Ladies, Pink Ladies, Akosombo Caucus, Young Patriots, and party communicators, among others.
