Keke Palmer was given a temporary injunction and temporary custody of the kid by a judge. According to Radar, Darius is not allowed to come within 100 feet of Palmer or Leo and has no visiting privileges for the time being. According to a source close to the young parent, the November incident began with Darius seeking to take Leo to a football game. According to the source, Darius texted Keke, and when he arrived for pick-up, the baby was not there. It’s unclear if Keke consented to let Darius take the kid prior to his arrival. Darius allegedly trespassed into her home, according to her court documents. According to reports, Leo’s absence prompted an argument. According to sources, Keke contacted her mother, Sharon Palmer, during the altercation. Sharon was accused of “screaming at and cussing Darius out” and threatening to “put a bullet in his head.” Darius Daulton Jackson then attempted to wrestle the phone from Keke’s grasp, as shown in the home footage images.
Keke Palmer claims she was urged by police to seek a restraining order. Meanwhile, according to TMZ, authorities discovered no “probable cause to arrest [Darius] for domestic violence.” He claims he never abused Keke.
During that exchange, Darius’ mother contacted Sharon Palmer, claiming she was going to file a police report about the gunshot threat. Sharon barred Darius from seeing Jackson’s mother, claiming he “choked his own sister” and had “anger issues.” Keke said he slammed her on the bedroom floor and struck her in the head the night before the encounter. That incident, she claims, started with Darius becoming envious of a bikini photo.
Incidents like this have plagued their relationship since they began dating in June 2021, according to Palmer. Darius apparently started a love bombing cycle with her, only to become “extremely distant and cold over a perceived insult to him.” Some of his claimed violent outbursts, according to Keke, have even occurred in front of his eight-month-old kid. This contains a reported September 2023 incident in which Darius Daulton Jackson became agitated due to the baby’s wailing. When Keke attempted to retrieve the kid, they reportedly engaged in a “tug of war with Leo” until Darius allegedly let go and “hit” Keke in the head as she attempted to soothe the youngster.
She also alleges Darius has previously damaged her personal items, such as her prescription glasses and diary.
On Thursday (November 9), Sharon Palmer defended her daughter in a video. Sarunas Jackson, Darius’ older brother, allegedly said Keke was the “most disgusting, vile, abusive, manipulative person” he knows. Sharon said that she informed Jackson “over a year ago” about his brother’s abuse. Parts of the reported chat were refuted in a remark on TSR’s Instagram page.
