Nigerian music icon Davido isn’t letting critics dampen the joy of what he calls a fairytale wedding to his longtime partner, Chioma Rowland.

The couple’s lavish $3.7 million ceremony made headlines across Africa, drawing celebrities, dignitaries, and music lovers from around the world.

Despite the celebration, some online critics chimed in mocking outfits, offering unsolicited advice, or simply trying to find flaws.

Davido, however, clapped back proudly in a social media post:

“We had an amazing wedding perfect, in fact! My wife and I are still glowing. Nothing anyone says or makes up can change the fact that it was a fairytale wedding ,one of the best days of our lives. The whole world celebrated us!”

The post drew massive support, including from international rap star Nicki Minaj, who congratulated the couple and praised the grandeur of the event.

If Davido’s words are any indication, no online negativity is going to dull their shine.
