Event Tree Feeds Cantoments Police Mosque Worshippers After Ramadan In A Grand Gesture

It was all joy and merry making at the Cantonments Police Mosque, When Event Tree, Ghana’s leading brand in event organization in collaboration with a group of companies, displayed an act of kindness by providing food and drinks to worshippers after prayers.

The deputy Imam of the Police Mosque in Cantonments, Accra, Abaz Umar Abdul-karim, has called on Muslims to maintain the discipline and calmness they exhibit during the Ramadan fast throughout the year.

Speaking at the “Shawarma Charity Ball” organized by Eventry Company and sponsored by De-Luxy Paint, Sintex Tank, Hylife Drinks, and Ena Pa, among others, Imam Abdul-karim reflected on the exemplary behavior of Muslims during Ramadan.

He wondered why they often fail to sustain this discipline after the fasting period.

Imam Abdul-karim was also thankful for the donations and delighted to give back to the community.

The gesture was warmly received, with smiles and gratitude filling the atmosphere.

Deputy Chief Imam Abass Umar Abdul-Karim expressed his appreciation to the sponsors, describing the act as thoughtful and heartwarming.

“We are truly happy with the gesture done to us,” he stated.

He also took the opportunity to advise the Muslim youth in Zongo communities to maintain their moral uprightness as they did during the fasting period.

Some worshippers also voiced their appreciation, praying for Allah’s blessings upon the sponsors.

“May Allah replenish them with more wealth so they can continue to bless others,” one member said.

Hewale, the Public Relations Officer for Event Tree, thanked the worshippers for their warm reception and assured them that plans are underway to repeat the gesture during the next Ramadan.

He looked forward to making the event bigger and more impactful in the future, possibly coinciding with the breaking of the fast during Ramadan to enhance the excitement and blessings of the holy month.
