First Lady Lauded For Her Developmental Projects

The N.P.P Former “Brong-Ahafo” Regional Organizer, Mr. Yaw Dabie Appiah has commended the First Lady, Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo for her unflinching support in developing the country.

He commended the First Lady’s efforts in maternal and child health in Ghana, particularly among others are the construction of Mother-Baby units, construction of libraries across the country, adolescents health and championing the general well-being of women and children in Ghana.

 Mr. Yaw Dabie Appiah in an interview with Oman Fm’s Kwame Osahene in Sunyani said Mrs Rebecca Akufo Addo selfless service to Ghana in the last three years in various areas of public and social support needs to be rewarded by Ghanaians going into elections 2020 so she can continue to do more.

Mr Yaw Dabie Appiah said at a time when the nation was struggling to cope with myriad difficulties, Lordina Mahama the then first lady prioritised sharing of cars and mounting of bill boards over the welfare of the common Ghanaian.

He has called on Ghanaian media and the party communicators to give prominence to the significant contribution of the First Lady across the nation and urged Ghanaians expecially women to consider the good works of the Mrs Rebecca Akufo Addo, Samira Bawumia and the Chief of Staff, Frema Opare and vote four more for President Akufo-Addo in the upcoming general elections.
