King Promise hosts Chelsea’s Hudson Odoi in Ghana

King Promise has welcomed Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi to his motherland in a very spectacular and cultural manner.

The two Ghanaian stars were spotted last night together with their entourage at the terminal 3 arrival section of the Kotoka International Airport. To his surprise, he was welcomed by some cultural dancers dressed in kente. He danced along in the best he could with excitement.

In another video that went viral, King Promise was seen disturbing the Chelsea winger as he tries to make him speak the language of the mother tongue, Twi. After many attempts, Hudson-Odoi replied to the ‘sea’ hitmaker in the local dialect that he shouldn’t worry him.

Callum Hudson-Odoi was born and raised in Wandsworth, London on November 7th, 2000. His father, Bismark Odoi is said to be a Ghanaian and a former player of Ghana premiership side Accra Hearts Of Oak.

Hudson-Odoi has been through the ranks in Chelsea after joining the team in 2007 and making his under 18 debuts in August 2016. He now wears the jersey number 20 at the club after he was promoted by Italian manager Maurizio Sarri in the 2018-19 league season.

He won his first  UEFA Champions League trophy on Saturday after his team Chelsea beat Manchester City in Portugal.

Before the start of the 2019/2020 league season, Callum Hudson-Odoi was at the center of transfer rumors after German giant Bayern Munich showed their interest to sign him from the London club.

He has rejected to play for Ghana in the various national teams after so many attempts by the Ghana Football Association as he has been featured in the various English national teams.
