Notice of plea agreement filed by Agradaa, associate in nude image case.

Self-styled evangelist Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, along with a co-accused, has filed a notice of plea bargaining in a case involving the alleged non-consensual distribution of nude images.

Agradaa, the founder of Heaven Way Champion International Ministry, and Charles Omane, also known as One Gig, submitted the plea notice in connection with the alleged circulation of intimate images of Prophet Emmanuel Appiah Fomum.

A third accused, Enock Owusu Kissi, is challenging a High Court ruling that dismissed his “no case” submission and ordered him to present his defence.

While all three were expected to open their defence, the court has adjourned proceedings to October 21, 2025, to allow for the outcome of the plea bargaining process.

Agradaa, who is already serving a sentence in a separate case, is facing charges of non-consensual distribution and possession of intimate images. Her co-accused are charged with abetment in the dissemination of the images, which were allegedly broadcast on Thunder TV in 2021.

All accused have pleaded not guilty.
