Hon. Ken Ohene Agyapong, a presidential contender for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has continued his Ken Is Listening Tour in the Upper East Region, with stops in the Builsa South, Chiana-Paga, and Navrongo Central constituencies, where delegates and supporters of the constituencies welcomed him with aplomb.
The Assin Central MP used his interactions with the delegates to emphasize his commitment to the grassroots of the party, which, according to him, is the critical mass of the NPP.
The 6-term legislator this week resumed his nationwide tour to interact with the party’s delegates and garner their support and votes in the upcoming November 4 presidential primaries of the NPP.
At Chiana-Paga, Hon. Ken Ohene Agyapong proved his reliability and philanthropy when he showcased the plight of an ardent supporter of the NPP who was challenged by some financial obstacles.
He subsequently offered her the required amount to proceed with her ambitions.
The Assin Central MP posited that he is a loyal and humble aspirant who has the heart of the electorate at heart and urged them to vote for him for the development of the communities.
He said he would develop and improve the tourist attractions in the area which is noted for human-friendly crocodiles, for the benefit of the communities and beyond.
He reiterated his vision to transform the northern sector of Ghana, into a bread basket of Africa, when given the nod as the president of Ghana, laid his plans for value addition and industrialization in the area, and appealed to them to vote for him in the upcoming primaries of the NPP.
Hon Ken Ohene Agyapong will continue his nationwide tour with a visit to the Northern Region, where on day one, he will visit the Karaga, Gushegu, Saboba, Tatale and Zabzugu constituencies to interact with the party’s delegates.
