At least one person confirmed dead with several others in critical condition after a head-on collision involving a fuel tanker and two passenger vehicles crashed on Tema motorway in the early hours on Friday morning.
According to Commander Motorway Fire Station, DFO Richmond Vanderpuye, the accident on June 4, 2021 about 6:04am near Ashaiman under bridge left a Man diesel fuel tanker with registration number AS 8113-11 and Hyundai H100 bus with passengers also registered GT 3766-16 totally damaged.
However, a Benz Sprinter bus with registration number AW 1821-14 which had passengers on board partially damaged.
indicates that one person has been confirmed dead in the early Friday morning accident which occurred on the Accra-Tema motorway.
Six other persons sustained various degrees of injuries in the accident involving two commercial mini buses and a petroleum product haulage truck.
