The People National Convention (PNC) 2016 Campaign Director now Flagbearer Hopeful Rev. Adjei Debrah has chide political parties hooligans who are beating innocent Ghanaians and asked them to desist from fighting themselves in the ongoing new voter registration to ensure transparent, peaceful and successful registration since the attacks will scare people from registering.
Speaking to journalist, Rev. Debra bemoaned unfortunate incident happened in Asutifi South between Hon Alhaji Collins Dauda and NPP supporters and has advised political parties activist and registrants to stop fighting themselves to ensure smooth process.
” Voter ID registration is meant to strengthened our democracy but not arena for boxing so the hooligans should stop fighting and beating people at the centers. Go through the laid down procedures to lodge complaints,” he advised.
Finally, he urged Ghanaians to go out in their numbers to register and commended people of Akuapem South and it environs for peaceful registration as he tour the area on day one of the registration.
