The Zango communicators team, an association of Zongo communicators in Ghana, has condemned Dela Edem’s recent attack on the former president, John Agyekum Kufour, which has caused public outrage in the last few days.
The group said the verbal attack on the former president was cowardly and disrespectful and a clear case of NDC babies with sharp teeth syndrome.
In a statement released on Wednesday, the Zango communicators said it was no surprise that Dela Edem disgracefully and shamefully said those against former President John Agyekum Kufour.
The statement said Dela Edem’s behaviour has betrayed the hidden diabolic intentions of the NDC towards their political opponents if they were to win the coming elections.
They therefore called on the electorate to go out there on election day and vote massively against the NDC to serve as a lesson to politicians who cannot do decent politics.
They added that no apology can repair the damage caused by the disparaging insults to the persona of the physically sick people who are in similar situations to former President John Agyekum Kufour.
A member of the Zango Communicators group, Abu Karim, spoke with NET2 TV NEWS on the issue.
In a related development, the Association of People Living with Disabilities in Ghana in the Ashanti region has expressed its disgust over the comments made by NDC communicator Dela Edem that former President John Agyekum Kuffour is in a wheelchair because of his bad deeds.
They have therefore called on their members and all physically challenged Ghanaians to vote against the NDC in the upcoming elections.
According to them, the NDC party has shown their abhorrence and dislike for people with disabilities, hence the call on its members and sympathisers to vote against the NDC party over their discriminatory comments.
They brought this to the limelight at a press conference in Kumasi.
